Chocolate – The Food of the Gods

What is the ultimate pick-me-up on a cold dark winter’s evening when Jack Frost is busy decorating the window panes? Surely it has to be hot chocolate? – A sumptuous, bittersweet creamy drink possibly flavoured with chilli and cinnamon or vanilla and honey. It’s warming, satisfying, there’s something almost magical about it and it’s even said to be good for our health.
